These VHF/UHF Yagi Antenna are rugged, all weather antenna are made of high quality aluminum. Special mounting hardware permit to mount the antenna either Horizontal or Vertical polarization.

These Yagi Antenna are highly directional, comes factory tuned and does not require any field adjustment.

The VHF yagi antennas when packed, comes with elements removed from the antenna boom for ease of packing and transportation and these can be assembled at site with use of simple hand tools where as the UHF Yagi Antennas comes in pre-assembled design with permanently riveted elements in to the support boom.

The mounting hardware supplied with all yagi Antennas are of Stainless Steel.


Design & Construction:
 

The VHF yagi antennas uses a GAMMA matching feed and the antenna N-Female termination is fixed on the antenna dipole where as the the UHF Yagi Antennas uses a ‘center-fed dipole’ design in conjunction with air-cored co-axial section forming the part of the boom for impedance matching completely eliminating the use of reactive components and is terminated into an N-Female socket at the end of the boom.

The tuning over the entire bandwidth is achieved with the use of a ‘STUB’ matching transformer enclosed in the boom. The unique design ensures a streamline look to the antenna and has no external part attached to the antenna-dipole for tuning and matching.
